I was going to upload my scan of this manual to this site, but every forum I checked in basically asked to link to the external site (artwork, scans, etc.). So, you can find the Japanese manual (sorry, no English) at Arcade Otaku.
It is a highly compressed PDF with Japanese OCR performed on it, so it should be searchable. If somebody feels like translating the thing, please let me know when you do!
