So thinking of doing some of these for my vewlixs as a personal project, only because I hate not having enough connection options or having to change cables around when plugging different stuff in. I might add some usb power ports lol.

So it will work with an ATX or QP-150-3A as a replacement for for the stock wei-ya jvs psu..

Is it time to address the elephant in the room?

What I mean by that, Frank is gone (I guess) and @RGB isn't producing any more of his fantastic JAMMA extenders...
I think its time you took a crack at it!

If I could offer one suggestion/request, please use existing/common/purchasable cables (I don't want to crimp a God damn thing, not one).
I'm thinking IDC-ribbon cable for everything but power, for that maybe 2x 6pin PCI-E/GPU ATX PSU extension cables.

I can try, see what's common cable wise that you can readily purchase as an interconnect.

But I have an idea about something similar
