TC5364205AP, TC5364202AP, TC5364204AP 42pin 64-Mbit 16-bit/8-bit maskrom pinout? (C & V roms neo geo) *found datasheets*

Can anyone please shed some light on the pinout for these maskroms?
I cant seem to find any datasheet for them.. would like to verify all pins but specifically A21 & /E

FOUND IT. I belive this is what they used for the 16-bit C chips. (the pinout that is)

and this is for the biggest V roms which are 8-bit ones
