X3 = United States, for example (tekken 4) TEF3 = United States, (Soul Calibur II) SC23 = United States
X4 = Mainland China, for example (Taiko Drum Master 11) T111004 = Mainland China/Simplified Chinese

So if I have the NM00026 TED1 DVD0B (DVD-ROM) with the TE5L Dongle, ver.B, I would have this type of screen ?

Or do I absolutely need the Software linked to the TE5L, ver.B Live monitor ?

You should understand it this way, although this is also called Tekken, they are no longer the same game, your dongle can only be used with Tekken 5.1 and Tekken 5.0, but cannot match Tekken 5 Dark Resurgence because it is the ultimate version of Tekken 5 of the same era.
