Terra cresta broken /missing component

I have a terra cresta pcb that has a broken component and dont know what is it for or if is a custom ic. Any help and also its Replace ble?

It looks like maybe some capacitor array (on the inputs for debouncing?) to allow for a smaller board size.
I tried to find some schematics to deduct what it is exactly, but can't find it.
Also no board pics as to its name.. what's printed on the board? (The black resistor packs are RA*, but what is written for the orange packs?)

If you have issues with the board it might be possible to swap around so you could at least play 1 player games, but it depends on what the current problem with the board is.
