Who services Toshiba PD1843 chassis in the US?

I'd start with Sharp Image Repair.

You might try PNL Video in Southern Cali as well. I've heard though that both Sharp Image and PNL have low success rate fixing these chassis though... not a knock on them, just that these are difficult to work on, and largely rely on undumped chips that frequently go bad and cannot be replaced without a donor. And these things are expensive.
