Toshiba PD2367 switching between 15k/31k slow

It takes about 4 seconds to switch between 15k/31k, while my other PD1843 switching immediately.

After full recap for PD2367 it's still the same.

Is there a faulty on PD2367 or it is normal?

I haven’t timed it, but around 3-4 seconds sounds about right for the PD2367 I have.

My PD2367 just likes 31khz much better than 15khz, so it has become a dedicated Exa cab. It really hates Psikyo SH2 boards….
