I recently purchase the jammafier for my new net city. I hooked up many 15khz games but the picture is dull the says brightness at 100 and contrast is a 100. I use my atomiswave in 15khz and 31khz the 31k bright and beautiful the 15k dull is there a secret menu I need to go to.

What kind of Jammafier did you get?
A Tri sync helper from @invzim would probably do wonders With 15Khz image.

There is a secret menu where you can up the color gain and bias. Here's the one codecrank worked on for me. There's people who still sell them if you ask around.
