TTX4 No boot

My TTX4 Love Live Next Stage system isn't booting. All I did was take the GPU out for a few days (cleaned and replaced its fan because it sounded like a box of rocks going down a hill). Now it just idles with its Power CTRL card with a solid green light. The LED on the PCB inside is blinking green.

Any ideas on how I should trouble shoot this? I was planning on unlocking the bios today but since its not booting I can't do that now

Is there a chance the GPU could have killed it? No fans are spinning when powered. I took the CMOS battery out and that didn't help either.

Actually, I ended up having to short the power pins:

Still that's weird that the power control board didn't work... Maybe I dislodged a wire somewhere...

Other than that, I guess I solved it!

Another quick tip if your TTX4 system just doesn't like you, short these red and brown pins and it should turn on (be careful and make sure they trace back to pins 1 & 2:
