I have two NACs, one vertical and one horizontal. The vert has the auto relay for 15-24 and the hori has the manual plug you have to switch. My Lightbringer syncs only to the auto ms9. Is there a reason? 😅 I tried the manual in both settings and it doesn’t sync. I’ll just have to switch cab orientations to play this taito pcb worst case

Have you tried supplying the PCB -5v? I have some Taito PCBs from around that era (Cadash) that will "sometimes" work on my NAC PSU but only consistently boot with a -5v adapter.

Apparently the F3 is known for sync issues. You could compare the H.Hold pots between both MS9s and try to tweak it to the working one, keeping note of the original value.

Others are saying that F3 is picky on receiving proper 5v at the Jamma edge, making sure it meets that and not at the PSU also fixed the sync issue for them so I'd also double check that.

Yeah I noticed when I first got the pcb and I plugged it in, it would play half of the intro and then just go black screen. I checked voltages and it was thirsty lol it took the psu down to 4.6v. I adjusted it back and got it to run but when checking the voltage without a pcb it was 5.6! My psus are probably due for a cap kit
