Type x3 I/O setup question

Hello I am new to the type X hardware. I am currently trying to run it with this taito fast I/o. I didn’t have the right connector for the power so I soldered wires with quick connects just to test to get it going for now.
I am getting this I/o error at boot up. Anyone have any suggestions? Much appreciated.

That error I believe is because there’ no card reader attached

I don’t believe it can be bypassed
If it’ a nesica game it won’t run anyway despite you having all the hardware as that requires server access
