hello again everybody. I was looking to get a typing of the cart and wondering is there anyway to get it too hook up to a nnc. Special i/o board etc? I have some dreamcast keyboards looking to make some use out of.

it will work perfectly in a nnc. You'll just want to buy one of Mitsurugi-w's maple buss adapters to plug in the dreamcast keyboards.
one thing to note though is Typing of the Dead only saw an arcade release in Japan, so there's no English dictionary on the Naomi cart. I recommend just playing the US Dreamcast version, or PC. Dreamcast with VGA Box works nicely in NNC.
Whoa, reading through it now! I wonder am I the caffeine from KLOV you mentioned in the first post? If so my typing is a Lupin cab and it came from LA... I think the stories are crossed just slightly somewhere? I didn't get mine from auction bidding though, I bought it on craigslist. There's actually a huge thread about it on "that other forum" where one of the socal natives tried to screw me out of the cab. They contacted the seller and told them i'm a scammer, not to deal with me, etc. I ended up getting the cab anyways through help from another forum member. It's cool to see that there are a few other typing cab owners than myself here in the states! I have seen one other lupin the 3rd the typing cab at CAX before... but it's not that fun to play again if you're not fluent in Japanese and Japanese touch typing.

well, Scotty Hoag is the "caffine" on KLOV that I was talking about, and he's in Cali and owns a typing cab
