I've got 3 F-Zero AX DX machines I'm trying to get linked together. I've tried various methods to get them all linked and on the same language with no luck. I've managed to link the two with main boards labeled "Japan", but the "USA" board can't connect. It sees the other cabinet but throws up a communication error when attempting to link. By swapping just the main board out on the connected cabinets I've made sure the USA board is the issue.

I've swapped different versions of the game out and eliminated that being the cause. The region and thus language are tied to the main board it seems. I've tried going into the system menu to change the region, but I can't get the option to select a region to come up (which is driving me nuts, as many other people seem to have no problem doing this) I've read that I may need zero pic, and I have tried using one from my Naomi setup, but it doesn't seem to make a difference (this also throws up a media board malfunction error).

Do I need a Triforce specific zero pic? What the hell am I missing here?

you need some good zero-PIC, which does work for both Triforce and NAOMI. it looks like you have older/bad zero-pic which works only with NAOMI.

Anyone around here sell zero keys that will work with Triforce boards?
