Undercover Cops PCB region identification (help pls)

Hi guys and gals,

I've had that M92 Undercover Cops PCB for years. It's an original board, I can tell that much. US and JP versions usually look the same from what I've gathered. The game itself is the Japanese version but seal is green so I'm a bit confused.

My (un)educated guess is that it's a US board that has been flashed with a JP rom, but I'm not sure.

Any thoughts, anyone ? (Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section, newbie here )

I might end up heading to the price check section afterwards

Someone probably peeled those stickers and reflashed it. One sound rom label was lost in the process and one cut up.

It's still an original board.

Could also be a Japanese Rom board on a World Motherboard. Japanese license seal is blue.

Thanks for your input Yeah I think either way it has been converted to a JP board.
OR, hear me out, someone put a US seal (you can buy those) on a JP PCB
Which would be a terrible move, wouldn't it ?
