Upgrade netdimm 2.13

I have a netdimm firware 2.13 with network connection and gdrom connection
How do i upgrade to be avalible to netboot?

I have a zero pic
And the right bios
I have set jumpers to netboot

But when starting up i only get "error 31"

Now working!

I forgotten to set network type to Ethernet so ofcourse my dimm not working as it should.

Checklist for netbooting:
Zero pic ✓
Right bios "multibios"✓
Jumpers, set to netboot✓ 

Set ip adress ✓ my 192.168.1.5
mask 255.255.255.0

Then i downloaded firmware 4.01 and used transfergame.exe to boot it as i do when i boot a game.
Right zero pic and bios can be bought at e.x ebay.
