I've been on the hunt for a black set of Taito's Vewlix-to-Egret and Vewlix-to-Sega (Astro, Blast, etc.) control panel adapters. They fill in the left-side and right-side gaps left on the Vewlix panel space when an Egret or Sega panel is installed. I owe thanks to @twistedsymphony for tipping me off to them in one of his helpful replies to a different thread last year. It then took me quite a while to actually find a picture of a Vewlix cab with them installed.
I don't know if they're rare, but I know they don't regularly pop up on YAJ. A white set sold last month (which I unfortunately missed) and I haven't seen many others despite quite a bit of searching. The kits appear to have originally shipped with both an Egret and Sega set of left and right gap fillers along with short wiring harnesses for each. I don't need the wiring harnesses, but definitely want to track down the metal pieces if possible. Despite not actually serving any functional purpose--and also being exceedingly simple in their design--I'd like to snag a pair. Please let me know if you have a set or two you're not using and I'll give them a good home. Thanks!
