The cheapest I found for those ram chips is getting them from an ATI 3D Rage II video card. Just make sure you get the right packaging for the chips because there are a couple.

@majorspawn You have to look in the Saturn service manual. Look at page 36 (or 26 PDF) you'll see a couple of parts number at the top.

I bought a rage card with 8 of these ram chips referenced in the manual. Awaiting delivery, will loop back one received and ram, swapped.

I didn't notice that. However it has the exact same pinout and that's what I did on mine and it works fine.
