Virtual-On Twin Stick template help (To make my own)

Hello everyone,

I've wanting to make a custom TwinStick from scratch, however I can't find any template to use in programs like photoshop to where to cut the buttons and levers especially.

I would like to get it as arcade accurate as possible.

I found this image in the oratan forums, and while it seems this should be it, I would like help it someone could make a white hole on the image in where everything goes, I would gratefully appreciate it.
