WTB Wanted: Namco System 256 Motherboard

Well the video died on my Namco System 256 unit and no matter what I do I can not seem to get the video to work. So now I am reduced to begging to see if someone is willing trade or sell a motherboard / daughterboard. I don't need a case, DVD ROM, game DVD, security dongle or anything else. Please see picture below of what I am looking for.

I registered with Buyee and looked through a bunch of the auctions. 3000 yen is about $30 USD for the starting price and the guy has about 100 of them. However almost every auction states "in country shipping only" and if you are an international customer you need to contact them by e-mail .. which I did, just because I am curious what they outright sell them for. I imagine international shipping is going to suck .. and I imagine with the new trade laws being passed it's going to get worse.

buyee & SMJ will buy in Japan then ship out of country for you (you just have to be carefull with the weight & shipping method used (I sea freight almost everything)....

That's how I get all my Japanese stuff - Although there are a few sellers that block proxy agents (as I found out trying to bid on a bootleg "bobble Bobble" pcb today which went for 6000 YEN).
