WTB [WANTED] RAM for TTX2 Upgrade

I'd like to make a RAM upgrade on my Taito Type X2 system

The plan is to upgrade to 2Gb RAM, and I can't find the kind of RAM needed

I need DDR2 667 or 800 RAM for the upgrade

If someboy does have them and want to sell them, please contact me, as I'll be interested

so while we're here, what's the direct benefit of more ram in a TTX2 anyways? Which games take advantage of it and how noticeable is the boost if any? Thanks!
