Weird Issue with the Naomi 2 Net-boot On my Friend's Arcade Cabinet

So here's the problem. @Bxbennyg1 He is having a random issue where the monitor is making like wavy screen bounce and it only happens with certain games.
His monitor i think is only a 15khz not 31 so he switch the dip switch setting to the 15khz. And when he puts on like say CVS2 or Project Justice the screen will bounce like a wave kinda thing.
But let it be something like Akatsuki Blitzkamp or Fist of the north star nothing at all. Completely fine, So is there something i can do to make it not do this at all?

Sounds to me like an issue with vertical sync. He could try adjusting vertical hold.

We try to do that but again only certain games make that happen to the monitor which is what i find very weird

yeah i have a CPS2 multi and never had that happen. only now with the Naomi 2. do you think a change of romset would make a difference ?
