The nut will be a metric size instead the imperial sizes found in the US, but tbh you can just use a small adjustable wrench (I usually do this) or even pliers if you're careful. Maybe parallel pliers if you wanna get fancy.
Edit: the picture isn't too clear, but it looks like there might be some loctite applied on the bolt thread. I usually stick my soldering iron on the bolt for 30 secs or so in this situation, which will soften the loctite and make it much easier to take apart. Sanwa likes using red loctite on JLFs, which makes it super easy to strip screws when trying to disassemble them.
