WTB WTB: CPS3 Superbios Chip - Non Paypal

I need one of these chips but I don't have the equipment to program my own and I don't have Paypal. I only have CashApp, Venmo or Zelle.

I think buyicnow can program them, but they might only take PayPal. :/ Not 100% sure though, been a while since I used them.
