Nothing fancy here. Just looking to not get ripped off on fleaBay.

Need a DOL-001 GC (digital out) in good shape to put a GC Loader in for a friend. Color not important. No games, controllers, Game Boy Players or AC/AV necessary but I'll consider bundles if priced reasonably.

Also if anyone happens to have a spare working Wavebird lying around (w/dongle), I'll gladly pay the going rate for one as well.
 
if you can't find one here...make sure you check your local craigslist and facebook marketplaces....great source for cheap bundles.

However...if it looks dingy...its always best to open em outside.....some folks aren't the cleanest.
 
Yeah that's part of the reason I came here first... Covid shit aside, I trust people here are generally gonna take care of their stuff (and not have roaches or rat feces in their consoles).
 
Yeah, i get it completely.....this is also a community of player and techs, who I'm sure are all just as itchy for the GC loader, as everyone else. :D Me included, as its scheduled to arrive before the end of the month!
 
I think I have 10 GameCubes, so might have that version. I never really checked. I have 8 linked for 16 player double dash. 4 TVs in one room and 4 in another room. I also have some wave birds and don’t really need them since I have a crap ton of wired controllers and hardly play GameCube unless it is a party and we are using my linked junk. So I’ll take a look tomorrow and see what I have.
 
I’m looking at gc loader and it says dol-001 or dol-101. Any reason you just want dol-001? Easier install? I guess I can go read more about it.

edit: ok so you want the version with digital out so dol-001. Cool. I saw videos on the first and pnp versions of the thing. Pnp looks great, dead simple install. Dunno if I’ll get tempted to get one.

Yup. The current progressive options (HDMI converters, component, etc.) need that digital port and my buddy doesn't have any old TVs lying around.

If you're willing to part with a clean 001 and/or a Wavebird, send me a PM and we can work out a deal.
 
Struck out so far. Anybody sitting on an extra Gamecube?
 
I had four at one point but could only find one.

Its a platinum with a receiver in good condition.

The stupid receiver goes for more than the controller. $30 is a bargain with the receiver.
