Then time to head to the others. And check other Lowes!
There's nothing special about them, they're available in the US at your average hardware store, and even Amazon (but you'll literally pay 4x the price, and can't compare in person).

I have also used F20T10's but F20T12's seemed easier to find years back. No idea if that's changed. Only difference is tube diameter.

Technically it looks like the ones Rewrite linked are a fraction of an inch shorter, 600mm / 23.62in vs 24in. I do recall having to slightly widen the ends of the fixture but it did not require what I'd consider excessive force, the bulb is just very snug.

If you have a batteries+bulbs store, they will order you exactly what you want, but it won’t be cheap either. Came out to like $19 a bulb when I bought two.
