WTB WTB: Namco System 1 chip - CUS64

I recently picked up a dead Galaga 88 PCB, but it is missing chip M4 (CUS64) - The Board currently doesn't boot, solid black screen.

Anyone happen to have a spare or link to an alternative?

I found this link, but it says his process wasn't 100% successful on CUS64

I used a HD63701 I programmed as a 27C256 EPROM using a simple adapter to save a Splatterhouse before. That was around 2015, my memory is a bit blurry but that's possible I also had to replace an other ROM, something to do with a missing instruction on the OG HD63701 VS the CUS64.
