They told me its incompatible with HAS supergun

yes
they work but I couldn't program 5 and 6 buttons (shoulder buttons in snes controller)
so I tried with stock snes controller and had the same issue.
if you're using 4 buttons game-no problem
if you need 5 and 6 I'm still trying to figure it out...
