I bumped if off the ground about 1in.
Not sure what could have caused this. The hdd possibly damaged?

Have you reset the system? Normally the system HDDs have EWF enabled and will reset any setting changes when the unit has been reset. If it still happens, do you have other systems to test the graphics cards? If your ES3 units all have black GTX760s, or all green text versions, they should have the same graphics card BIOS and won’t trip bit-locker. Looks like a V-Sync issue

I just fixed it. I previously put the display cable to test my monitor swap. I put the hdmi back in now and it plays fine.
