I've purchased a couple of small stuff. IOs, coin door brackets, etc... no issues at all.

It was earlier this year. It took like a month to get the goods (keep in mind I'm located in Costa Rica).

Have you tested the video card on another system? I've owned over a dozen N2s now and in my experience it's almost always either motherboard caps, video card, or hard drive failure.
The security is pretty intense on these, it was developed by Nvidia for Namco. The video card must be a specific VID and PID to pass the OS decryption stage on a stock drive. If you replace it, you'll need a specific one.

No issue with average $100-$200 purchases last few years. Hit or miss for everyone in general.
