Now that there's the IDE simulator I was wondering if it would be possible to have the entire system installed into Mini/Mid computer tower for ease of mobility?

If it is possible what items would I need to make it fully functional?

The image attached is kind of the idea I'm trying to achieve.

The ability to use the USB ports on the computer case for control inputs and the backside of the case for sound and video output.

This might be a pipe dream but any help would be great.

Curious, did you find a profile for the OSSC to use or did you set all the settings/timings yourself? Kept it all default?

Its a System 246 B board so I just drilled a couple holes in the frame that the PCB is mounted on and attached it that way.

nice! I would actually like to know soon enough these old ide drives are going to die. Also tell me if the loading is fast as well

It works fine for Tekken 4.

The loading is the same as disc.

I'm making a mobile System256, so I'll secretly introduce it here.
It weighs about 12 kg and consumes about 70-95 W including the monitor.
It can operate for over 2 hours with an external battery of about $ 160.

Currently, it has HDD games, but if you also install an IDE simulator, you will be able to use various games.
