I wonder how hard it would be to reproduce these. I mean, there does seem to be demand for them. I would not mind picking up a couple of them.
 
they seem to appear randomly on aliexpress, so the Chinese guys know how to clone it..

Well, we did this "groupbuy" kind of thing a while back with collingall. We all bought the design by citrus3000psi from him, but I think nobody has installed it yet.

I wanted to build it in last week when I was over at @PascalP, we had a look at it, but decided not to at that moment. It is a VERY small pitch, and I think the PCB's are a bit thick. Also one of the PCB's we have showed a short while the other one didn't so that was kinda demotivating...

Yesterday I installed a XenoGC and GCVideo into my main Gamecube, I might try the citrus3000psi later, but in another Gamecube so I can make sure I don't mess up my primary one.

Gamecube modding is not as easy as it seems because of the small pitch unfortunately, I also chose to do a wired XenoGC install instead of the wireless one as you don't know what happens underneath the PCB.
 
for me the perfect solution is the MD v3.. I don't really care about the optical drive (I have 3 GC, so I don't need an optical drive in each)

The problem is... Availability... :(
 
yeah the install looked like a bitch, hence I decided to stick with original NTSC discs.
The GC library is not that huge, at least what I plan to play isn’t ;)

Maybe someone from the US can help me get a few games locally?

but...just dont know how real this is, looks more like a scam. I mean, it looks like they have stock of a lot of stuff that should not be around any longer.

I dont speak German, so cant fully check out the site, any of you guys want to reach out to these guys ans see if they are legit?

I would love to get 2 of the fusions.
