That's incorrect, all 3080 TI are restricted. For non-TI cards the "LHR" explicitly identifies the card as restricted but that is not present for 3080 TI since they all are restricted so there is no need to differentiate.

If you want to dump it i'm curious why you would dump a conversion that might be altered or corrupted. You can't verify unless you have a clean dump to verify against, in which case you wouldnt need to dump this anyway.

Will the final ones look the same as the test sample? As in, neutral and no branding on the outside?

I think it's a cool mod so don't take this the wrong way, but if i read it correctly it's being held in place by foam blocks. I'm not sure that qualifies as a "proper" mounting. But it's functional (so were the earlier tape and wooden blocks/clamps versions i saw.
