This came off of my Death Crimson Ox cab after i switched the instruction bezel out for a house of the dead 2 one. I scanned it and did a quick cleanup on it. I plan on modifying the color scheme to be more HOTD friendly and figured others might enjoy this.

If anyone has one for sale let me know please. Would consider buying a complete working one(either type) depending on price.
