Arcade Touch Screen Setup

I own "艦これArcade" and the problem I'm having right now is that the machine has touch controls, but I can't get the touch controls to work.

I'm using Windows 10, the same machine as Hatsune Miku Project DIVA Arcade. Model, can anyone get the trackpad to work?
