I couldn’t see anything obvious on the PCB, but I’m far from qualified to look at something like this and just intuit what’s going on!

As someone who has done exactly that for multiple multis, I can attest that it is not the best way. Best way would be to move to France and apply for citizenship!
 
So have we officially determined these wont be available outside of France.... or?
