CPS1 Dash low sound

Hi guys. just dropping in to ask about something.
i got to test my CPS1 Dash board today and found out the sound is quite soft.
i have another CPS1 board and the sound is louder.
What can i do to fix the low sound problem?
does capacitors replacement help?

oh i didn't realise there's a potmeter on the mainboard.
