CPS2 Video Issue

This is my first cps2 board I bought untested. I've tried resetting the 4 connectors.
I havent opened the boards yet to inspect for damage.

the first thing I would do is look for leaking/broken capacitors on the boards.

The only leaks I saw where from the volume/test buttons
several bent over capacitors
B Board front
B Board back
A Board front
A Board residue
A Board back
