unfortunately I'm in Hawaii
All my pcbs got bad voltage because of my cabs wiring fried some working boards. Thank god I found out before more stuff got ruined.

Aww, Hawaii, im in Europe, the postage is going to be a real problem.Everything that gets shipped out of EU, gets strict control at customs because of some incidents.
I will go to customs and ask for shipping details, then i will let you know.

that's fine. I got some chips already from europe for my tmnt but ended up needing one more.

I have checked at my postal office/customs and they allow me to ship to you by "small parcel" service.
That would be 15$. No international letter.The custom K051962 i can give to you for 10$. The custom is fully working, i will remove it tonight from a crime fighter pcb.So total would be 25$ PP gift.As far i am concerned, im ready to ship.
