I have a cps2 multi kit here that had its sound die out then later fails on Qsound ram checks.
Its not the A or B board, both have been swapped and the problem follows the multi kit.
I found that the Qsound ram issue can be from poorly seated 1 2 roms, which the multi has no pin connections to it seems.
I put roms in 1 and 2 from my Vsav board and loaded Vsav with the multi and it works! Passes the Qsound ram check for that game, but still no sound.
So my one and only question is, what part/s do I replace on the multi that would stop communication of rom 1 and 2 and sound?
