Update - Regarding my issue I posted about just up this page a few posts ^ all is sorted now, it was my mvs board not the cart.

All now good, pretty much everything is perfect with it now.

Installed the new FW and Menu now.

Its always good to see some progress.

Not so good we still cant disable the ingame hotkey-buttons. Thats pretty much what I was waiting for.

So... yeah...

I just wanted to doublecheck - being able to change the region will be with the next firmware release? I would like to stop using my unibios then and go back to the original...

My menu does not refresh. Files in update and menu copied. Buff file deleted and backup ram. Then I put the Multi in the Mvs board.

are the files in /update/menu deleted?

in that case either something is wrong with your cart or youre not copying the files in the right place. Can you show a snapshot of your microsd /update/menu structure?

Just make sure that there is a menu folder in the games directory, too (it seems to be case sensitive - only lowercase letters).

@Breakerpc please read the message from @PascalPagain. Menu folder should be on those 2 folder.
Update folder should not be inside menu folder.

I did it this way and still have the menu from April on it. Was previously synonymous with the updates.

Firmware update is synonymous yes. But the menu update is more. I have menu in games and update also in games. The current menu files are in both folders in it.

Oh my... no, you don't have to put an update folder in games, just:
\games\menu
\update\menu
you need a menu folder inside a games folder in the SD root
and you need a menu folder inside an update folder in the SD root
