Decathlete for STV finally working!

Im trying to find out If its exactly the same event names every time...
 
Yep, the text for long jump, 400m race and Discus throw are bad. Now to find the one player I saw...
 
Hold on... long jump could also be high jump
 
My theory is, the scambled player is a secret character. Mancichi Kazami?
All players look fine in game mode....

Shows up right before the yellow figure in attract mode, wich is normal ,I guess

Actually the scambled character is female, I can see two ponytails, one on every side of her head.
Also the same things happen on every region.
Loading up the other set in a bit, but Im positive its the same on the other set.
 
Ahaaa got it.... its the chinese girl, sometimes she is scrambled, but not all the time😀

Only when I win the first, it happens..on both euro and usa regions. Jap I just cant win...🤨
When I loose the match, but qualify for the next event, she stays ok

speaking of that yellow figure - is there was any rumors about arcade ver of this game might have some secrets or unlocks ? like Saturn JP ver, which have one more secret character

The girl is still garbled after the first match, but now every time, dont matter if I win or not.
Her portrait is ok now.

which BIOS region it was ?
