Differences between World Kicks and World Kicks PCB carts?

I think the top one is the joystick version and the bottom one the version where you have to kick the ball.

"WK PCB" means upright version, it uses analog push button on control panel to kick the ball,
while regular WK is somewhat deluxe, there player have to hit ball using his leg.
