I'm a retro game nerd from catalonia spain.
Years ago i found on a toy store close to where i live, Space Invaders arcade cabinet from 1UP super cheap. Space Invaders was one of the games of my childhood so i purchased just for the art and nostalgia.
From stock everything was cheap and poor, so i removed everything inside and changed to 4:3 aspect ratio monitor, sanwa stick and buttons, and connected everything to a raspberry pi.
Was my first project and i'm ended happy with it, but the feel is not like real one. Now i want to move to the next level, a original real arcade candy. I'm on talks for a Vewlix Capcom one.
So this is how i reached arcade projects, looking for info about vewlix, taito type x, jvs, fast io, etc.
