What's new
Haha 2 step downs that will do it, no wonder your volts are low.
I know right 😂. I've always believed that stablizer woukd give me a constant current and would be a safeguard against changes. But never thought that this could be the issue for low voltage.

I'll report back later tonight with the results.

A-ha, you're using an external transformer. You can see from your photo that there's an internal stepdown as well. Two transformers will explain the 50VAC you're seeing.

Plug it without the external transformer.

Maybe unplug the monitor from the cab, just to be on the safe side.

Measure AC on the PSU again.
Ok a quick update on this matter.

After plugging the power directly yo 220 AC (after unplugging tbe CRT), thankfully I didn't get blown up, and I was able to get 100VAC (finally 😆).

I've tested the 5V DC power supply and it seems to be consistent. I was able to use the adjustment needle in the power supply to resch thr desired voltage.

The end result was a success! Thank you all for all the help, especially nem, you are a rockstar!

This will conclude part 1 of the this process. Hopefully I'll post as I progress thoughout the refurbishing process.
