I am using the Play Emulator (NAMCO 246/256 Emulator for Windows PC) and in order to switch the language of SoulCalibur III Arcade Edition from Japanese to English I must have the .chd file for the soulclb3b.zip archive. I entered the link you provided but there are no .chd files there

I searched on the internet for the correct .chd file and it brought me here, I saw this topic about the English Dongle so I thought I finally found it
