Is the Terra Onion site closed?

Recently on 7/26 I confirmed that the Terra Onion mod for the Dreamcast was listed on the site as being in stock, proceeded with the purchase and was paid for.

And now some time has passed and I have sent two emails but they still do not reply to my emails.

My order status is only displayed as payment completed.

I'm trying to post on the inquiry board on the site, but it doesn't go up and I keep getting an error.

I wonder if anyone has recently purchased and received something from the Terra Onion site or received a contact email.. ㅠ.ㅠ

If I remember correctly the guy Todd used to deal with all customer service related problems left. Maybe Alex(owner)hasn’t hasn’t hired anyone. Try their discord.
