Jamma Extension sets with HAS kick harness support

The kick harness side of things needs consideration too. I dislike the idea of breaking jamma standard by utilising the end ground pin as button 6 so need to work out how to handle this.

I wouldn't worry about this as long as there's a way to control this. In many real arcade cabinets the last pair of ground pins serves as GND output, it basically goes to buttons only.

for some pcb could be hot like cps1

I think it would be better to install the fan and power it directly from the CPS board.
