Looking for a Ultracade UVC downscaler. I know they are rare at this point and I just thought I would put it out there if anyone has any leads on someone who could sell one. I will be using it for an Xbox 360 on a blast city

You dont need uvc downscaler in blast city . Blast city’s come equiped tri-sync monitors (15,24,31khz) and in theory , you can use xbox360 in Blast .
Uvc is to downscale to low and middle resoltutions (15 & 24khz) to be used in these kind of tubes .

My bad I meant Astro city, I wanted to downscale to 15khz, 240p. I appreciate you lookin into this tho

If you dont dont find UVC Downscaler , you can use Retrotink 5X too for downscaling . Also , are some guys who know how gb8200 (i didnt had luck to use it properly i dont know why - i was too noob to use this device) for this purpose . But uvc & retrotink 5x or retrotink 4k are great options .

A UVC and a Xbox 360 are a match made in heaven for Cave shmups in 15KHz or 24KHz on a Candy.
