Major League Baseball 99 CP analog hook-up help

Hello. Does anyone know how to get the analogue sticks and the bats to work on a Naomi Super Baseball ‘99 control panel? Can’t find any hook-up info and feel that I have it correct. New Net City JVS I/o board. Buttons are working but getting nothing from the sticks or bats. This is the inside panel on my New Net City. The bottom right connector is 5-wide and two stacked. However, the plug in there is three stacked so the bottom row isn't being used. I thought that was everything that I need, but am I missing something? Thank you.

I own one of these panels. the bottom left connector is for the Player 1 Analog, the bottom middle connector is for P2 analog. channels 1 and 2 are for the joystick and channel 3 is for the bat.

I don't believe you should be using the bottom right connector at all on a baseball panel, that is for kick buttons which the baseball panels don't have.
