Bought it recently for my dynamo hs-5 because the dimensions for mine and a z-back are the same. Turns out it's shorter in length and would fit a dynamo hs-1 instead...or some other z-back that I don't know about. Joystick and buttons have plenty of life left but they do need a little bit of cleaning. I didn't bother with it since I wasn't going to keep it. Wires plug-n-play ready for Mortal Kombat boards.
